Previous experience of working with Education Insitutions, Further Education orgnaisations or International schools is an essential requirement - please do not apply otherwise.

The Role

As an Executive Search Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality search assignments. You’ll work closely with Consultants to map markets, identify talent, and generate the intelligence that underpins successful executive hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in‑depth market mapping and talent identification across multiple sectors
  • Build and maintain long‑term talent pipelines for senior and executive roles
  • Gather and analyse industry insights, organisational structures, and competitor landscapes
  • Engage with potential candidates to assess suitability, interest, and fit
  • Produce high‑quality research reports, longlists, and briefing documents
  • Support Consultants throughout the full search lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate data and activity records within the CRM

We’re looking for:

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confidence speaking with senior‑level candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem‑solving
  • Experience in executive search education recruitment is a must!

This role is starting immediatley and is projected as an FTC for 6 months with possible extension.

Pay: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
