Full job description

We are seeking an experienced content writer to join our in-house content creation team. The ideal candidate will have experience writing high-quality content related to luxury high-end brands, and/or real estate. The content writer will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content that will appeal to an UHNW audience of readers and potential buyers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create written content for luxury high-end real estate properties, including property descriptions, blog posts, articles, and marketing materials such as brochures, edm, Research and write about current real estate trends, market projections, and local and international luxury real estate markets
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all content is consistent with the company's brand image
  • Collaborate with the real estate agents to understand the unique features and benefits of each high-end property and effectively communicate them through written content
  • Edit and revise content as necessary to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the company's content standards
  • Meet deadlines and produce high-quality content consistently

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of luxury high-end real estate markets and trends
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field
  • Experience working in the real estate industry preferred
