Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team for Mare Street Market King's Cross. As Pizza Chef, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food quality standards

- Assist with meal preparation

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during peak hours

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the Head Pizza Chef

- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, sanitation, and hygiene

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, making Neapolitan style pizza

- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
