As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to join our close-knit team at our Birmingham headquarters.

This is a varied and rewarding position that combines sales support, customer service, account management, and marketing. We are seeking an organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who is keen to contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Supporting customer account management and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Carrying out general sales administration, including order processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
• Analysing sales performance and preparing reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Researching and prospecting potential new customers.
• Planning and delivery of sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Creating engaging content for social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is willing to take ownership of their role. The successful candidate will be organised, commercially minded, and able to manage a varied workload while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Sales administration experience.
• Sales experience with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving license and reliable vehicle

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Experience creating digital content using platforms such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design software.
• Experience analysing sales data and preparing reports.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Experience within the pet industry.
