Full job description

At CODE we design, build, rent and manage student accommodation, with an extensive property portfolio in Leicester and Coventry and strong growth plans across the UK. We’re a family run business, with ambitious expansion targets and you’ll be a key part of driving the business moving forward.

Joining our growing sales and marketing team you will be passionate, show creative flair and have a proven record of planning, delivering and creating great content.

Able to plan and deliver video, imagery and written content – as well as other marketing tasks, such as replying to social media DMs, editing our website or designing leaflets and posters.

This role is based fully on-site to support filming and content creation activities.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • A degree in Marketing, or equivalent vocational qualification or equivalent experience
  • Recent experience of working in a busy communications/marketing team
  • Experience of managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content and engaging with the social media community
  • Good IT skills, including ability to use digital software (ideally Canva, Premier Pro, Eventbrite, and experience of using a CMS)
  • Experience of Google Analytics is an advantage.

Hours:
