Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Hybrid working: In either Huntingdon or Cannock offices
Permanent: 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday

The Opportunity/Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for being a brand champion for Aliaxis UK, whereby you will passionately grow and protect our brands both internally and externally with our customers and the wider market. You will do so by strategically planning, recommending and implementing brand communication strategies and campaigns successfully by analyzing and reporting our share results, KPI’s and ROI across the team and to the wider business, working alongside other departments such as product owners and technical colleagues.
Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Implement brand health research and annual survey and utilise the results to define and propose strategies for your brands to positively defend, protect and grow their market position and stocking profiles/specification.
  • Utilise market insight, data and research to define and recommend brand strategies to help deliver the company ambition for each brand.
  • Define and own the user journeys for your brands and ensure content and collateral is relevant, up to date and in line with brand guidance and design guidance
  • Own the production of the Design Guidance and Brand Book(s) for all your brands. Ensure they are always accurate and up to date and changes are communicated with agencies, team members and the wider marketing team
  • Define and implement social media strategy and plan in line with brand health and marketing plans
  • In conjunction with Product Managers, Sector Managers and the Technical team, produce CPD content and contribute towards training content for your brands
Requirements:
  • Minimum CIM level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing – preferably Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing
  • Minimum 5 yrs. work experience in Brand Management role or equivalent
  • Experience in managing multiple brands with demonstrable success in re-positioning, growing or recovering market sentiment.
  • Experience and understanding of Brand Health and Brand Pulse, and able to translate insight from Csat, NPS and VOC into actionable brand strategy
  • Experienced working with agencies and a lead marketing agency.
  • Ability to manage and run a marketing budget.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Teams, Word, PPT, Excel and Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Social Media management platforms such as Falcon / Sprout etc.
