Job Overview

Zenopa is supporting a fast-growing brand in the UK men's health and hair loss space, currently expanding into the UK market. We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Growth to architect our customer acquisition and retention engine from the ground up. This is a brand new, high-impact leadership role with a clear mandate to scale the business and shape marketing strategy with real autonomy. The ideal candidate is analytical, energetic, and passionate about building growth systems within regulated, subscription-based health businesses.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to scale customer acquisition and retention across the UK market.
  • Lead and grow a cross-functional team, with scope to build out the department further based on business needs.
  • Oversee and optimize all paid and organic marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SEO, and CRO.
  • Manage landing page testing, affiliate and influencer marketing, and email/CRM strategy to drive engagement and retention.
  • Analyze performance metrics and cohort data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Own subscription economics — driving LTV, reducing churn, and improving retention across the customer base.
  • Take full ownership of the growth P&L, balancing acquisition spend against revenue and retention goals.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align growth strategy with company direction and expansion plans.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity within the men's health and hair loss space to inform strategic decisions.
  • Hire, lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • 5-6 years of experience in marketing/growth, ideally within men's hair loss, men's health, or wider DTC healthcare subscription businesses.
  • Strong understanding of subscription economics, including CAC, LTV, LTV/CAC ratio, churn, and cohort analysis.
  • Expertise across paid and organic channels: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SEO, CRO, and landing page testing.
  • Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets and driving profitable, scalable acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of regulated product marketing and compliance.
  • Proven track record of building and leading growth teams, not just executing campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience across multiple growth channels and analytics platforms.
  • Positive, analytical, and motivated approach — able to join, assess the gaps, and implement plans to hit revenue goals.
  • Leadership experience is an advantage but not a dealbreaker.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Join us as our Head of Growth if you're ready to lead a growth engine at a pivotal stage of our journey! Bring your energy, expertise, and strategic vision to help us scale to £20-30M in annual revenue.

Hybrid role — currently based in London W1G, moving to a new office in Marylebone/Cavendish Street as the team grows. Up to 2 days working from home.

#INDUK

Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

  • Work from home

Application question(s):

  • Can you reliably commute to Central London 3-4 times per week?
  • Do you have experience in men's health or healthcare subscriptions?
