Main responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of sustainability and communication initiatives around community investment and stakeholder engagement programmes for the Liverpool Bay CO2 Transportation and Storage (T&S) project and supporting infrastructure.
- Support the development of internal and external communication materials in line with the Company’s relevant strategies, including but not limited to Company intranet news items and providing written materials for newsletters, presentations, reports, press releases and electronic communications.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements relevant to the Sustainability and Communications function, through effective administrative support, including coordination of reports and corporate compliance requirements in support of the Sustainability & Communications Manager.

- Support in the development and maintenance of the Company’s stakeholder database.

- Assist with financial requirements including processing invoices to ensure financial compliance.
- Work collaboratively with contractors, including those providing engagement support services through the construction phase of the Liverpool Bay CO2 T&S infrastructure. Support any ad-hoc activities as requested by the Sustainability & Communications Manager.

- Familiarity with the Liverpool Bay region and local community landscape would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of large-scale infrastructure, construction, sustainability, CCUS, and/or Net Zero policies would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders. Proactive nature with the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
