This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing graduate to build a genuinely broad career in B2B marketing from day one – creating the content and driving the search strategy that puts our sensor and measurement technology in front of engineers around the world, with real responsibility and expert support.

About Level Developments
Level Developments is a world leader in the design and manufacture of mechanical and electronic angle measuring products (www.leveldevelopments.com). We sell a diverse range of high-quality products across the world. The company’s continued growth and success is based on a high level of specialised knowledge and the high performing team of people who work here (~60 people).
The team includes engineers (providing product and in-house equipment development), a fully supportive office administration team, and a highly-skilled operations team. The company has a wide range of manufacturing process capabilities including fully automated PCBA, and glass processing.
We recognise the importance of employing the best possible people, giving them the best possible tools, and ensuring they are allowed to work in an environment that encourages creativity, dedication and teamwork with recognition and reward.
The Role
The role covers three key areas:
- Write clear, technically accurate content for the website, including case studies and technical articles
- Capture and edit photography and video content, showcasing our products, applications and capabilities
- Support the planning and production of email marketing campaigns
- Help produce marketing materials and content for exhibitions and trade shows
- Maintain a consistent tone, brand and level of technical accuracy across all marketing content
- Manage content on our social media channels (primarily YouTube & LinkedIn)
- Manage and continuously improve the company website, including content, structure, UI & UX
- Conduct keyword research and monitor keyword rankings
- Implement SEO best practice to improve organic visibility
- Develop our approach to Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
- Monitor website and search performance using analytics tools, and report on key metrics
- Liaise with external web developers and agencies on larger website projects
- Support paid search activity where relevant
- Deliver agreed content and search marketing activities in line with the marketing strategy
- Monitor progress against content and search goals, and report performance to the Sales Manager
What We're Looking For
- Relevant higher-level qualification, such as Bachelors' degree in business or marketing (desirable)
- Excellent written English, with the ability to turn technical information into clear, engaging content
- Good understanding of website content and SEO principles
- Highly competent computer skills with advanced use of Excel and data handling and presentation
- Competent user of Google Analytics & Ads (e), and keyword tools such as Moz/SEMrush (p)
- Experienced in Photo and video editing
- Some experience of social media, content creation or digital marketing
- html and relevant web coding language(s) (p)
- A genuine interest in technology, engineering or technical products
- Strong Commercial awareness
- Self-driven, with the ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively
- Able to demonstrate concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Customer focussed
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Permanent full-time role, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Competitive salary (Based on experience)
