Full job description

This is not a corporate marketing role.

You won’t be sitting in endless meetings, posting generic social media content, or waiting three weeks for approval on a headline.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping grow a specialist aviation engineering business operating in one of the most technical and high-value industries in the world.

We’re looking for someone commercially aware, proactive, creative, AI-curious, and capable of helping turn marketing activity into real business opportunities.

Someone who understands that good marketing is not about vanity metrics.

It’s about:

  • building authority
  • starting conversations
  • creating trust
  • generating opportunities
  • helping grow the business

You’ll work directly with the Founder to execute a clear authority-led marketing strategy across LinkedIn, email marketing, blogs, and content campaigns.

The positioning is already clear.
The strategy already exists.
Now we need someone who can execute consistently, think independently, and make things happen.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on responsibility, fast development, and exposure to real business growth rather than being boxed into a narrow corporate marketing role.

About Frequencia

Frequencia is a specialist aviation engineering and technology company working with airlines, OEMs, defence organisations, and system integrators on aircraft modification, certification, testing, and integration programmes.

We help aviation organisations reduce risk, avoid delays, and deliver complex engineering programmes with greater confidence through practical, certification-led solutions.

We exist because the industry is often too slow, too fragmented, and too disconnected between design, certification, and production.

We’re building an authority-led aviation engineering business known for:

  • Fast turnaround
  • Right-first-time delivery
  • Practical problem solving
  • Trusted technical expertise

The Role

Your role is to help make Frequencia visible, credible, and commercially relevant to the right people in the aviation industry.

You’ll play a key role in executing marketing activity that helps build authority, grow relationships, and support lead generation with airlines, OEMs, defence organisations, and aviation engineering decision-makers.

This role combines:

  • LinkedIn marketing
  • Content creation
  • Email marketing
  • Blogs and authority content
  • Marketing assets
  • AI tools
  • Workflow automation
  • Lead generation support

We are not looking for someone who just “does social media.”

We want someone who enjoys building momentum, creating systems, improving processes, and helping marketing contribute to business growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

LinkedIn & Lead Generation

  • Execute Frequencia’s LinkedIn growth strategy
  • Manage and grow the Founder’s LinkedIn presence
  • Build relationships with relevant industry decision-makers
  • Support outbound prospecting and lead generation activity
  • Engage with relevant industry conversations and accounts
  • Help grow visibility and support commercial conversations

Content & Authority Marketing

  • Create commercially-focused blogs and authority content
  • Write and repurpose content across LinkedIn, email marketing, and website channels
  • Support email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
  • Develop customer case studies and success stories
  • Create brochures, lead magnets, and marketing assets
  • Help strengthen Frequencia’s authority-led positioning within the market

AI, Automation & Systems

  • Use AI tools to improve marketing speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Build simple workflows and automations to streamline activity
  • Explore smarter ways to create, schedule, repurpose, and track content
  • Continuously improve marketing systems and processes

Growth & Commercial Support

  • Research industries, companies, and target decision-makers
  • Support CRM and lead tracking activity
  • Help track performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute ideas that improve visibility, engagement, and lead flow

What We’re Looking For

We care more about initiative, commercial awareness, and attitude than polished corporate experience.

You’ll probably be a strong fit if:

  • You have experience in marketing, content creation, or growth-focused roles
  • You understand LinkedIn as a business development platform
  • You understand how content, email marketing, and lead generation work together
  • You can create marketing that builds trust and starts conversations
  • You’re comfortable writing commercially-focused content
  • You already use AI tools like ChatGPT as part of your workflow
  • You’ve experimented with workflows, automations, or no-code tools
  • You’re proactive and capable of working independently
  • You enjoy figuring things out and improving systems

Bonus points if you’ve used tools such as:

  • HubSpot
  • Mailchimp
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Zapier
  • Make
  • Notion
  • LinkedIn automation tools

Experience in B2B, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or aviation industries would also be beneficial — but mindset and commercial thinking matter more.

What It’s Like Working Here

We care about doing great work without the corporate nonsense.

That means:

  • No politics
  • No ego
  • No micromanagement
  • No endless approval chains

We move quickly.
We solve problems.
We take ownership.
We care about quality.

You’ll have autonomy, real responsibility, and the opportunity to genuinely help shape the growth of the business.

If you enjoy being trusted, learning quickly, improving systems, and making things happen — you’ll probably fit in well here.

Our Values:

Do Great Work
We care about quality, detail, and getting things right the first time.
No cutting corners. No sloppy execution.

Give a S**t
We care about outcomes, customers, and the standard of work we put into the world.
We take pride in what we do.

Don’t Be an A***hole
Be straightforward. Be respectful. Be easy to work with.
No ego. No drama. Just good people doing good work.

Package & Perks

  • We dont work Fridays! That is correct no more Fridays
  • Performance-related bonus opportunities
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Company Christmas shutdown
  • Flexible, growth-focused environment
  • Direct access to the Founder and business strategy
  • Access to marketing training, professional development, and resources through Entrepreneurs Circle
  • Opportunity to help shape the growth of a specialist aviation engineering business

Pay: Up to £36,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Company pension
  • Flexitime
  • On-site parking
  • Sick pay

Work Location: In person
