Full job description

Hybrid (2 days in the office) | Exeter City centre | Full service agency

You’ll take ownership of medium to high spend accounts across Google, Meta, Microsoft, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Programmatic.

This is a hands on, client facing role. You’ll plan, optimise and scale campaigns against clear ROAS, CPA and pipeline targets.

You’ll lead testing, manage tracking through GTM and GA4, and turn performance data into commercial insight.

You’ll work closely with creative and strategy teams. You’ll support pitches. You’ll mentor juniors.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2 to 4 years hands on paid media experience (in-house or agency)
  • Likes to get stuck in and take responsibility
  • Is proactive in spotting growth opportunities
  • Can empathise with clients and build trust and drive growth
  • Thinks commercially, not just in platform metrics
  • Is organised and confident in leading performance calls
