Role summary

Marketing Futures Ltd are supporting one of the UK’s leading independent luxury and supercar dealerships in their search for a new Marketing Executive. They are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day running of marketing activity.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes real pride in accuracy, presentation and process. A genuine interest in cars is important, but the key requirement is someone who is methodical, disciplined and able to ensure every detail is correct across the website, stock adverts, email campaigns and digital platforms.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with premium products, understands the importance of strong presentation, and is comfortable balancing copywriting, website administration, stock updates and marketing coordination.

About the Role

As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in how the company presents its cars online.

You will be responsible for ensuring stock is advertised quickly, accurately and consistently across the company website and external classified platforms. This includes checking vehicle specifications, writing and uploading descriptions, keeping stock statuses up to date, maintaining advert quality and ensuring every listing reflects the standards of the company brand.

Photography skills would be highly advantageous in order to cover website stock imagery but it’s not essential for this role.

Main Marketing Team Goals

  • Build and protect the digital footprint of the brand
  • Ensure the company is a market leader in the quality and consistency of its online presentation
  • Provide maximum exposure for all stock
  • Improve the quantity and quality of buying and selling enquiries
  • Create a seamless, premium online experience across all digital channels

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Upload and maintain all stock listings on the company website and classified platforms, ensuring speed, accuracy and consistency at all times
  • Check vehicle specifications, options, descriptions, pricing, imagery and stock statuses to ensure all adverts are factually correct and professionally presented
  • Write and edit vehicle descriptions, advert copy, email content and website copy to a high standard
  • Keep track of new arrivals, cars under offer, and sold stock, ensuring the website and platforms are updated promptly
  • Support the planning, building and sending of email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with stock photography and visual presentation where required, ensuring imagery is uploaded and displayed correctly

Additional Duties

  • Liaise with marketing agencies, freelancers and partners where required
  • Support the ongoing performance and presentation of the company website, including SEO and content updates
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of customer events and experiences
  • Manage the ordering and stock levels of marketing materials and branded clothing
  • Support the wider marketing team with ideas, coordination and execution where required

Skills, Experience & Attributes

  • Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing, website, content or marketing administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident writing clear, accurate and professional copy
  • Comfortable working across websites, CMS platforms, email marketing systems and CRM tools
  • Able to follow processes carefully and check work thoroughly before publishing
  • An interest in cars and the luxury automotive market is highly desirable
  • Basic photography or photo editing skills would be a strong advantage
  • Full UK driving licence required

Location & Package

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role based at the showroom in Surrey.
Some weekend work may be required around events.

Applicants should live in Surrey, London or surrounding areas and hold a full UK driving licence.
