We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to launch our new schemes internationally and domestically, shape and elevate our development marketing brand and drive quality leads to support sales targets. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Residential Communications, the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Regional Director of Sales for the North and the wider development marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining the Latimer marketing strategy and positioning the brand as a leader in the sector.

This role requires someone who can build strong, productive relationships that enable effective project management, break down silos and gather the insight needed to piece together the bigger picture.

You’ll lead the regional development marketing team, delivering first‑class marketing communications and campaigns that support sales and development objectives.

Your ability to think laterally and approach challenges with creativity will be essential, helping you find solutions, solve problems and keep complex programmes moving forward. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing regional and national marketing strategies that respond to commercial priorities, timelines and customer needs, ensuring every campaign is aligned, compelling and commercially effective.

To succeed, you’ll bring strong strategic and critical thinking skills and be confident managing multiple budgets and suppliers, ensuring briefs are sharp, objectives are measurable and value for money is consistently achieved. You’ll have a proven track record in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, with consistent brand messaging and robust measurement of impact. Solid knowledge of social media, e‑marketing and digital analytics will be essential, alongside experience in both consumer and B2B PR.

You’ll have a strong understanding of residential development marketing both within shared ownership and private sales — from positioning developments and brands to influencing customer perception — and the ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Degree‑level education or equivalent experience will support your success in this senior, strategic role and overseas property marketing experience is a definite advantage.

This is an opportunity to lead, shape and elevate a brand with purpose. If you’re ready to bring strategic insight, creative thinking and strong leadership to a team driving meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
