About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at M&S Opticians, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality eye and hearing care services while promoting our offerings within the wider M&S store. Your role will involve optimising sales opportunities, maintaining customer records, managing stock, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Promote optical and hearing services within the store to drive appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage stock levels
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle enquiries professionally
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs and lifestyle
• Perform basic adjustments and repairs
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Support the fitting and dispensing of contact lenses
• Conduct preliminary pre-tests and measurements
• Work towards achieving store sales targets
• Support marketing initiatives and special events
