Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join our professional team. This role involves leading negotiations with clients, developing strategic sales approaches, and fostering long-term relationships to maximise business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a strong understanding of sales processes. Previous administrative experience and multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to support diverse client interactions and streamline operational tasks.

Duties

  • Lead and manage high-value negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and maximise sales opportunities
  • Develop customised sales strategies tailored to client needs and market trends
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients whilst identifying new business prospects
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with organisational goals
  • Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance team environment
  • Analyse market data and competitor activity to inform negotiation strategies
  • Maintain meticulous records of negotiations, client interactions, and sales progress using organisational tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales or negotiation role, preferably within a related industry
  • Strong administrative experience to manage documentation, reports, and client records effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate confidently at all levels
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse client bases
  • Organisational skills essential for managing multiple negotiations simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • A recognised qualification in sales, marketing or related fields is desirable but not essential

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
