We are looking for qualified English-speaking doctors to join our teleconsultation team for ahealthcare process. The role involves providing online medical consultations to patients through virtual platforms while ensuring high-quality patient care, professional communication, and adherence to healthcare protocols.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and comfortable conducting teleconsultations independently in a remote work environment and should have valid medical licence to practice in UK

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online medical consultations with patients via telemedicine platforms.
• Assess patient symptoms, medical history, and provide appropriate medical guidance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes.
• Follow clinical protocols, telemedicine guidelines, and company SOPs.
• Escalate critical or emergency cases appropriately.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy at all times.
• Coordinate with internal medical and operational teams when required.
• Provide empathetic and professional patient communication.
• Manage consultations efficiently within assigned shifts.

Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Requirements

• MBBS / MD or equivalent recognized medical qualification.
• Valid medical registration/license.
• Fluency in English language (spoken and written).
• Good English communication skills.
• Prior experience in teleconsultation, clinical practice, or patient handling preferred.
• Comfortable using online consultation platforms and digital tools.
• Stable internet connection and laptop/desktop setup for remote work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international healthcare processes.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage virtual consultations efficiently.

Job Types: Part-time, Commission
