We are seeking a proactive and energetic Helper, Cleaner, and Order Preparation Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Assist with cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and safe work environment, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
• Prepare customer orders accurately by picking items from stock and packing them securely for shipment or pickup
• Take customer orders via phone, online platforms, or in-person, ensuring clear communication and proper documentation
• Load and unload shipments using manual handling techniques or forklifts when certified and trained
• Support warehouse management by organizing stock, stocking shelves, and managing inventory flow
• Help with materials handling tasks such as moving products within the warehouse using mechanical tools or equipment
• Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatching

Skills

• Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred)
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and orders
• Experience with shipping & receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Previous warehouse experience involving picking & packing, stocking, and load & unload activities
• Mechanical knowledge helpful for understanding equipment operation and troubleshooting minor issues
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking
• Attention to detail for quality control tasks and accurate order processing
