About you
The successful candidate will:

- Have good time-management and organisational skills
- Be able to prioritise tasks and complete work within assigned timeframes
- Be physically able to carry tools and travel between several locations during the working day
- Be dependable, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
- Have a flexible approach to working hours
Experience in plumbing, tiling or carpentry would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
Working pattern
The usual working hours are 6:00am to 2:00pm, five days per week, including weekends.
Working hours may change depending on the maintenance workload. Applicants must therefore have flexible availability and may occasionally be required to work evenings or overnight.
