Vehicle Mechanic £32,000 - £39,000 basic + Uncapped Bonus - Sheffield

THE JOB

We're recruiting Vehicle Technicians for a prestige BMW and MINI dealership in Sheffield. All levels considered - what matters is your ability and your attitude. BMW experience is preferred but not essential.

Basic salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The OTE is uncapped, so the harder you work the more you earn.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Basic salary £32,000 - £39,000 depending on level and qualifications
  • Uncapped bonus - OTE £35,900 - £42,900

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults across BMW and MINI vehicles
  • Carrying out scheduled servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • Using dealer diagnostic systems to identify and resolve faults efficiently
  • Completing accurate job records and documentation
  • Supporting junior technicians where needed

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Qualified Vehicle Technician - all levels considered (L2, L3, Master)
  • BMW or prestige brand experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Comfortable working at pace in a busy aftersales environment
  • Full, valid UK driving licence

WORKING HOURS

  • Monday to Friday
  • Permanent position with immediate start available for the right candidate
