What Are We Looking For?

Our Asset Management business platform is looking for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join the division on a permanent basis. You will work as part of our in-house, multidisciplinary design team and take on a key role in all aspects of projects from scoping and detailed design right through to implementation, ensuring compliance with Client Specifications and current regulatory standards.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • Developing Civil design deliverables from concept to detailed design on both Water and Wastewater Projects.
  • Providing technical guidance on Civil engineering matters to the wider project team.
  • Working in collaboration with our Delivery teams on the planning and implementation of the project design.
  • Meeting with Clients to discuss specific intervention requirements to ensure compliance with needs and specifications.

What Do You Need?

  • Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of British and European design standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Civil Engineer in a design office with additional experience within the construction environment desirable.
  • Experience within the Water industry beneficial but other backgrounds may be considered.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
