• Observe and shadow experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge and understand best practices.

• Take notes and ask questions to deepen understanding of processes and technical methods.

• Participate in structured training programs, workshops, or courses to develop technical expertise .

• Assist with identifying and troubleshooting minor technical problems.

• College- level cou r sework / College student in a relevant field (such as engineering, mechanical systems, or electronics) may be preferred, though not always necessary

• No prior professional experience required , but an interest in the technical / manufacturing field is important . Basic understanding of technical concepts (gained through education or self-learning) may be a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided
