CRS are currently sourcing Mechanical Technicians to join our client on a full time, permanent basis in the Bridge of Don area in Aberdeen.

Are you qualified in a mechanical discipline? Recently completed an apprenticeship in either the mechanical, vehicle or agricultural industry? Then this may be a great opportunity to join a front leader in the oil and gas industry who provide ongoing training in the repair and maintenance of tooling and equipment to both onshore and offshore clients.

We are also very keen to speak to experienced mechanical technicians who are looking for a new challenge.

Maintenance, service or repair in any of the following would be desired, additional training dependent on experience to date:

  • Vehicle Mechanics
  • Lifting equipment
  • Power Tools
  • Low level access platforms
  • Lifting and Jacking Equipment
  • Welding Equipment

Responsibilities for Mechanical Technicians:

  • Maintain various power tools.
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and repair machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.
  • Document maintenance activities and report any issues to supervisors for further action.
