Job Title

International Business Marketing Manager IGT-Devices (Coronary Vascular)

Job Description

Drive go-to-market strategy and demand generation for the full IGTD portfolio across international markets, with a focus on Region North (UK & Nordics).

Your role:

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the IGTD portfolio, acting as the key marketing lead for Region North.

  • Drive demand generation and adoption of the One IGT proposition, with a strong focus on vessel preparation solutions.

  • Define and execute go-to-market plans aligned with global strategy, adapting them to local market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Lead product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio positioning to maximise market impact.

  • Develop pricing, value propositions, and data-driven marketing plans based on market and competitor insights.

  • Deliver integrated omni-channel campaigns (digital, events, field) to increase engagement and utilisation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and clinical stakeholders, and engage KOLs and customers to build strong market presence.

You're the right fit if:

  • 3–5 years in downstream marketing, preferably in MedTech or Healthcare

  • Experience managing broad product/solution portfolios and leading market-specific initiatives

  • Strong go-to-market execution and ability to translate global strategies into local impact

  • Solid analytical skills (market insights, pricing, competitive analysis)

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field

  • Knowledge of image-guided therapy or interventional cardiology is a strong asset

  • Willingness to travel (~30%)
