Senior Paid Ads Manager

Snowball Creations

The role in a second

This role is for an extremely intelligent and driven marketer with a genuine passion and joy for executing on paid ads campaigns across various platforms (Google/Facebook mainly, sometimes LinkedIn/TikTok/Amazon/ChatGPT?). All with a genuine goal to help make our clients scale their brands like never before!

You will work directly with me (Max). The role is open to those with great paid ads experience already of at least 5 years and specifically with Google Ads as well as social ads.

Should you be successful, you’ll be joining an award winning, premium UK-based paid ads agency. You’ll be working closely with highly intelligent and talented people. This will mean that not only will you progress as a professional yourself; as we grow and learn as a team, but also you will live a great life and enjoy coming to work each day.

You gain many benefits like remote work but in exchange for a very hard work ethic, wanting to deliver best in class work.

The world of paid media is transforming right now and Snowball Creations is moving with it. We understand the balance between leaning into AI and what it enables, but also its limitations and where humans bring massive value still. Pro Humans + AI beat AI alone.

We’ve built an entire suite of software within the Snowball OS, all with the goal of simplifying the working life for an ads manager and delivering greater value with less work to the client. We are leaders in the market in what we’ve built. You’re going to love it!

The story

Snowball Creations is a paid ads agency, specialising in SaaS and Homeware brands. There’s a core team of 5 full time members. You can read more about them on our teams page of the site. The agency primarily works with Google and Meta and occasionally others. We also Snowball Studios, an internal creative agency that is growing very well alongside and supports the creative needed for our clients.

We’re extremely good at what we do, with a very high success rate.

Where do you fit in?

The client base has grown too big and so we’re now in need of another ads manager to join the team and take on a roster of clients.

Depending on your experience, we’ll build up your client list as you manage larger and larger accounts.

There is no cap to the role. We’re still a young business and so there will be endless opportunities to go down any path you like.

Why Snowball Creations?

We’re an extremely driven company. Every team member is madly ambitious and focused on making the company something big. I, Max the founder, want to leave a mark on the world in a big way. Snowball Creations is my vessel to do that by helping brands to scale (snowball) through the paid advertising we deliver.

In exchange for your hard work and commitment I commit fully to you too. I will put total trust into you with free reign to work in the way that suits you as long as it doesn’t impact other team members. With all the perks like unlimited paid holiday and working from where you like in the world (As long as there is a fair timezone gap to London, Asia is probably a step too far).

Free reign but not left alone. My number one goal is to help you grow personally as fast as you have the hunger to. If you’re someone that aspires for more and has great ambitions for life, then Snowball Creations is the home for you!

What we are looking for in you

  • Extremely ambitious and excited at the thought of building a modern innovative and global advertising agency.
  • An intelligent and analytical thinker, able to take a data-driven approach.
  • Talented with the written word and communication skills.
  • Confident in yourself and your work and with people.
  • Workaholic and proud.
  • Likeable as hell! You’re great at making people love you.
  • Empathetic to both the client and team around you.

Essential hard skills and experience required

  • Extremely high standard of written and spoken English.
  • 3 years+ with Google Ads management experience.
  • 5 years+ in paid advertising more broadly.
  • Need to be able to handle conversion tracking yourself in full

Bonus points

  • The more ad platforms you can execute on the better.
  • Worked within advertising agencies before.
  • Worked within startups before.
  • Particular experience with analytics like Google Analytics or third-party tracking software for Facebook.

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Company events
  • Company pension
  • Private medical insurance
  • Unlimited paid holidays
  • Work from home
