Job Title: South Central Regional Clinic Manager

Location: Hybrid - typically working one day per week in Stoke on Trent (ST4 6NW)

Salary: Working Hours: 36.25 hours per week

South Central Region Clinics:

  • Kettering
  • Stratford-upon-Avon
  • Oxford
  • Gloucester
  • Bristol
  • Swindon
  • Cardiff
  • Swansea

The role:

You will be part of a close and effective team of Clinic Managers responsible for achieving the highest standards in patient care and outcomes, people performance and experience, operational utilisation, quality and commercial performance for clinics in your region. You will directly manage 6-8 clinics remotely although you will of course need to visit each location as needed.

You will lead and effectively manage a team of Clinic Administrators and Nurses to ensure excellent patient care, operational efficiency and a great experience for them as part of the VeinCentre Team.

You will be the CQC Registered Manager for your clinics, with the support of our wider operations and management team.

What you’ll need:

Previous experience effectively managing a multi-site role covering people and operations is a must, as is the ability toeffectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and be comfortable and able to excel working in a busy, fast paced environment. It goes without saying that you will have high standards and be passionate about ensuring these for our patients and for your team.

It would be great if you have experience in healthcare and as a CQC Registered Manager but that’s not essential.
