IFA Administrator

12 Month maternity cover contract

Hybrid working: 3 days office based + 2 home based, from your nearest Succession Wealth office location.

The role:

The primary purpose of the Client Delivery Lead role is to work as part of a team to enable Succession Wealth Planners to maintain and assess a portfolio of high net worth clients. This is achieved through processing new business applications, tracking to completion as well as liaising with wealth planners and Paraplanners. The role holder is also expected to ensure that our client information database is accurate at all times.

On a day to day basis you can expect to be:

  • Liaising with policy providers for policy details and obtaining policy illustrations.
  • Processing new business applications, tracking to completion.
  • Co-ordinating wealth planner’s diaries and arranging client meetings.
  • Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual planning meeting packs.
  • Responding to email enquiries and liaising directly with clients.
  • Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients.
  • Ensuring all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced financial services administration role, preferably in client and advisor support.
  • Experience of XPLAN is desirable.
  • Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
