Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and highly motivated Aesthetic Trainer to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a forward-thinking company and play a key role in developing the training side of our business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the aesthetics industry, excellent knowledge of skincare, and full working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on skin regeneration systems, skincare treatments and aesthetic protocols. You must be confident, professional, informative and able to support learners with both practical and theoretical training.

Responsibilities

  • The role will include:
  • Delivering professional aesthetic training courses to a high standard
  • Training delegates on skin regeneration systems, skincare and treatment protocols
  • Providing clear, accurate and informative education on anatomy, physiology and skin health
  • Supporting the development and growth of the training side of the business
  • Ensuring all training is delivered in line with industry and aesthetic standards
  • Representing the company professionally at all times
  • Occasionally travelling within the UK and overseas for training, events or business development
  • Working closely with the wider team to help grow the brand and training offering
