Aesthetic Nurse

Location: Central London
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Working Pattern: 5-day shift pattern across Monday–Saturday, including approximately two Saturdays per month

About the Clinic

We are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Aesthetic Nurse for a luxury aesthetic and dermatology clinic in London.

This is a unique opportunity to join a beautifully considered clinic where clinical excellence meets exceptional hospitality.

As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will play an integral role in delivering outstanding patient experiences, combining advanced treatment expertise with warmth, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.

Role

As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will be a key member of the clinical team, responsible for delivering outstanding patient care from initial consultation through to treatment and ongoing review.

You will combine strong clinical knowledge with excellent aesthetic judgement, providing safe, evidence-based recommendations and highly personalised treatment plans. Your role will include advanced injectable treatments, laser and energy-based procedures, alongside prescribing and ongoing patient management.

This is a senior clinical position, requiring someone who is confident working independently while also contributing to the wider clinical standards and development of the team. You will support clinical governance, infection control, and regulatory compliance, and provide clinical cover and oversight when doctors are not on site, within your professional scope and agreed protocols.

Above all, we are looking for someone who understands that exceptional patient care goes beyond the treatment itself - from the first consultation to every follow-up interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct expert consultations, assessments and personalised treatment plans.
  • Prescribe safely and appropriately within your professional scope.
  • Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser and energy-based technologies.
  • Provide an exceptional, warm and reassuring patient experience from consultation through to follow-up.
  • Monitor patient outcomes, provide aftercare and recommend appropriate skincare and homecare.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, consent, photography and prescribing documentation.
  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical governance, infection control, patient safety and CQC compliance.
  • Provide senior clinical support to the team and deputise for doctors when required and within scope of practice.
  • Support the training, mentoring and development of colleagues, including acting as an in-house technology and treatment trainer.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Medical Director on audits, risk management, compliance and continuous clinical improvement.

About You

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC registration - Nurse Prescriber qualification preferred but not essential.
  • 3+ years’ post-registration experience, with strong experience in aesthetic medicine and injectables.
  • Confident delivering laser, energy-based and technology-led treatments.
  • Excellent consultation skills, with a natural ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships.
  • Strong clinical judgement with a thorough understanding of prescribing, patient safety and clinical governance.
  • Calm, confident, professional and highly organised.
  • Warm, discreet and emotionally intelligent, with a genuine passion for exceptional patient care.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others.
  • Commercially aware, with confidence recommending appropriate skincare and homecare.
  • Above all, you are service-focused, take genuine pride in your work and understand that true luxury is found in the detail.

Package & Benefits

  • Competitive salary, with commission and performance related bonus.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Generous staff discounts on treatments and skincare.
  • Ongoing clinical training and professional development.
  • Access to selected industry, educational and brand events.
  • A supportive, ambitious and collaborative working environment.
  • A beautifully considered setting where clinical excellence and exceptional patient care are equally valued.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company pension
  • Employee discount
