About Our Client

Our client is a premium, private-pay medical aesthetics and wellness clinic delivering a luxury, concierge-style patient experience. Operating within an exclusive setting, the clinic is focused on ethical, evidence-based aesthetic medicine and exceptional clinical standards.

The Role

This is a senior, part-time Aesthetic Doctor or Nurse Prescriber role. The successful candidate will deliver advanced injectable aesthetic treatments while also providing full clinical governance, prescribing oversight, and medical leadership across the non-surgical portfolio.

The role combines hands-on clinical work with strategic oversight, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and excellence in aesthetic outcomes within a high-end environment.

Clinical & Injectable Practice

  • Assess, consent, prescribe, and deliver advanced aesthetic treatments independently
  • Perform injectables including botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
  • Manage facial rejuvenation, contouring, volumisation, and complications
  • Deliver a premium, high-quality patient experience

Governance

  • Act as Medical Director and provide clinical oversight of practitioners
  • Develop and approve SOPs, clinical protocols, and prescribing standards
  • Oversee incident reporting, escalation pathways, and clinical audits
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, infection control, and governance standards

Energy-Based Device Oversight

  • Provide medical governance for laser, RF, IPL, and microneedling treatments
  • Approve treatment protocols and ensure appropriate delegation
  • Oversee operator competency, training, and safety screening
  • Contribute to audits and quality assurance processes

Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • GMC-registered doctor with full UK licence or UK-registered nurse prescriber
  • Proven experience with botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and complication management
  • Strong clinical judgement, patient assessment skills, and compliance with UK regulatory standards
  • Able to work independently as a self-employed consultant
  • Holds appropriate professional indemnity insurance for aesthetics and prescribing

Desirable

  • Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine
  • Background in cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or GP aesthetics
  • Advanced training in complication management or ultrasound-guided filler techniques
  • Experience with energy-based devices (laser, RF, IPL, microneedling)

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Safety-first, ethical clinician with a conservative aesthetic approach
  • Commitment to natural-looking results, excellence, and discretion
  • Strong communication and patient interaction skills
  • Collaborative medical leader who raises clinical standards across the clinic

If you are an experienced Aesthetic Doctor or Nurse Prescriber seeking a senior, flexible role within a luxury medical environment, we would welcome a confidential discussion regarding this opportunity.
