Home Instead Warwick is looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Live-in Care Assistants to join our team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-to-one support to a client in their own home, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

What you'll do

Every client is different, but your role may include:

  • Providing personal care where required
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with household tasks such as cleaning, shopping and laundry
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, outings and social activities
  • Supporting clients to achieve their personal care and wellbeing goals
  • Building a trusting and positive relationship with the client and their family
  • Supporting clients to remain independent and comfortable in their own home

You'll be providing non-medical care and support, tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each client.

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of previous experience working in a care role is essential.

Your experience could include working in:

  • A care or nursing home
  • Domiciliary or private care
  • A hospital or healthcare setting
  • Another professional care environment

We're looking for people who are:

  • Compassionate, patient and dependable
  • Experienced and confident in providing care and support
  • Respectful of clients' choices, dignity and independence
  • Comfortable providing personal care where required
  • Confident building positive relationships with clients and their families
  • A full UK driving licence holder with access to a vehicle – essential
