About Us

HealthHarmonie, part of the Medinet Group, is a leading private healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients across the UK. The Role

The Trust Administrator role is fundamental to the organisation as team members are responsible for the admission of patients across 3 of our disciplines (ENT, Dermatology and Gynaecology) into the HealthHarmonie services and the discharging or onward referring of patients at the end of their care pathway with us.


Contract Type:
Temporary

Duration: 6 month FTC

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday


About the Job

  • Processing patient notes and outcomes following triage, ensuring patients are either accepted into the HealthHarmonie service or appropriately onward referred to alternative care providers
  • Utilising the National e-Referral Service (e-RS) to manage and process patient referrals
  • Updating and maintaining accurate patient records and information on EMIS and other patient administration systems
  • Booking, cancelling and rescheduling patient appointments on EMIS, including sending appointment letters and text messages
  • Actioning OWR (Onward Referral) and ensuring all required patient actions are completed within agreed timescales
  • Managing inbound and outbound patient, GP, hospital and laboratory calls, responding to queries professionally and efficiently
  • Responding to GP, hospital and laboratory queries via telephone and email, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution
  • Reviewing patient outcome reports following HealthHarmonie appointments and taking appropriate action based on clinical outcomes
  • Chasing laboratories for outstanding patient histology results and ensuring results are appropriately recorded and actioned
  • Managing departmental actions in line with agreed KPIs, targets and service standards
  • Supporting HeroHealth self-booking campaigns, including monitoring responses and taking appropriate action to ensure patients are booked into the service
  • Working collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to ensure patients receive a timely, efficient and high-quality service


About You

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in working independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and confident telephone manner
  • The ability to use their own initiative


What we offer

  • Salary: £25,467 pro - rata
  • Full time, 6 month temporary contract
