Full job description

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated patient/clinic coordinators for our luxury, medical aesthetics and skin clinic in Leeds city centre. Sales experience is essential. Must be well presented.

IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED.

FULL TIME ROLE - 4 days a week

Includes Saturdays

Duties:

- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
- Utilize online booking systems to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Provide personal assistant support to the clinic director, including managing their calendar.

- Organising training days and assisting with admin duties.

- Assist with social media and content creation
- Assist with event planning and coordination for clinic-related activities.

- Sales focused

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a clinic environment is desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
