The Role

As a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for quality assurance within our Training Providers, deploying external auditors to conduct quality checks and a range of administration duties, processing and approving Providers as Lantra members.

Specifically, working across our Provider network, you will support the organisation and delivery of quality assurance activity, helping ensure Providers and assessors operate in line with quality standards and our Quality Assurance Strategy.

You will organise assessment decision validations through moderation and verification activity, review proctored exams and work alongside EQAs, processing their reports, supporting scheduling and delivery of EQA standardisation and helping to monitor Assessor and EQA performance.

Additionally, you will:

- Contribute to the Product Management Group
- Co-ordinate Quality Assurance Meetings, including collation of product performance data for analysis
- Support processes for centre approval

About You

To be considered as a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience of processing information and accurately analysing data, and producing accurate reports suitable for the audience
- Experience of operating quality assurance systems and processes
- Experience of reporting data and identifying errors
- Good knowledge of MS packages (Word/Excel)
- An understanding of the ISO processes relating to quality assurance
- A commitment to delivering high standards
- The ability to convey simple numerical information suitable for the audience
- The ability to maintain quality systems, processes and document audit trails
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our location)
