  • Monitoring job progress and updating customers on ETAs, delays or completion details
  • Communicating effectively with drivers, customers and third-party partners

What We’re Looking For

This is a fast-paced, operational role that suits someone with strong organisational and communication skills. To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in transport planning, fleet dispatch or route scheduling (desired)
  • Good geographical knowledge and ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail under pressure
  • Proficiency using mapping or dispatch systems
  • A proactive, calm, and problem-solving attitude

Why Join Us

We’re a family-run business that values teamwork, reliability and professional growth.

In return for your commitment, we offer:

  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Flexible approach to shift arrangements where possible
  • Private medical cover after 3 years’ service
  • Company pension contributions
  • Discretionary performance bonuses and incentives
  • A chance to be part of a respected, growing national operation

Pay: £28,023.86-£37,050.00 per year
