We are looking to recruit a permanent Domestic Team Leader Mobile to be based at Chelmsford - Parkside Medical Centre.
- £14.52 per hour £28,393.00 per annum, prorata
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 12:00pm 20:00pm
- DBS required and full UK manual driving licence
- Company van will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cover across multiple sites as required
- Organise periodic cleans, ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance
- Work independently and safely
- Can handle routine tasks and social interactions within a work environment. Ability to absorb policy and guidance necessary for the role.
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
- Confident and competent driver (evening and night driving required)
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Comfortable working alone and managing lastminute changes
- Previous cleaning experience desirable
- Previous line management experience (essential)
Where you’ll be
This is a Domestic Team Leader Mobile based at Chelmsford - Parkside Medical Centre and nearby sites (Waltham Abbey, Epping, Ongar, Witham). You will be required to attend sites each night. Sites need to be visited regularly and to attend 1 or 2 per night.
