We are looking to recruit a permanent Domestic Team Leader Mobile to be based at Chelmsford - Parkside Medical Centre.


  • £14.52 per hour £28,393.00 per annum, prorata
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 12:00pm 20:00pm
  • DBS required and full UK manual driving licence
  • Company van will be provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cover across multiple sites as required
  • Organise periodic cleans, ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance
  • Work independently and safely
  • Can handle routine tasks and social interactions within a work environment. Ability to absorb policy and guidance necessary for the role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
  • Confident and competent driver (evening and night driving required)
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Comfortable working alone and managing lastminute changes
  • Previous cleaning experience desirable
  • Previous line management experience (essential)

Where you’ll be

This is a Domestic Team Leader Mobile based at Chelmsford - Parkside Medical Centre and nearby sites (Waltham Abbey, Epping, Ongar, Witham). You will be required to attend sites each night. Sites need to be visited regularly and to attend 1 or 2 per night.
