  • Prepare and process billing documentation, insurance forms, and payment transactions with precision.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and managing correspondence to keep the office organised.
  • Support the clinical team by ensuring all necessary documentation is complete prior to patient visits.

Requirements

  • Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or medical environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a lively clinic setting while maintaining attention to detail.
