Monday–Friday | 09:00–17:00 | No Weekends

Your role as a Functional Assessor

You’ll play a key role in helping individuals access the support they need through Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA)

You will:

  • Carry out assessments (telephone, video & face-to-face in Watford)
  • Review and interpret medical evidence
  • Produce detailed, structured reports
  • Support claimants with empathy and professionalism
  • Use your clinical judgement to inform fair, evidence-based decisions

No treatments. No emergency care. Just quality, structured assessments.

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ year post-qualification UK experience
  • NMC or HCPC registration (RGN, RMN, RNLD, Paramedic, OT, Physio)
  • Strong communication & report-writing skills
  • Confident using IT systems
  • Passion for making a real difference in people’s lives
