Fulfilment Co-ordinator – Hybrid Working (4 Days from Home!)

Location: Manchester (near Manchester Airport)
Salary: £26,208 + £400 Quarterly Bonus
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days working from home, 1 day in the office (Friday)

We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Fulfilment Co-ordinator to join our busy Operations team in Manchester!

You'll play an important role in making sure care homes have the staff they need, working closely with clients and recruitment agencies to coordinate bookings and fill shifts.

What will you be doing?

As a Fulfilment Co-ordinator, you'll be the link between care homes and staffing agencies, ensuring shifts are filled quickly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming staffing requests from care homes.
  • Coordinating with recruitment agencies to find available staff.
  • Handling calls, emails and booking enquiries.
  • Keeping booking information and internal systems up to date.
  • Following up with clients and agencies to confirm arrangements.
  • Checking that candidates meet compliance requirements before bookings.
  • Building strong relationships with care homes, agencies and colleagues.
  • Helping the team achieve excellent shift fulfilment and customer service.

What are we looking for?

You don't need to have worked in healthcare staffing before. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, communication skills and ability to stay organised!

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are confident, friendly and enjoy speaking to people.
  • Have excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Can multitask and stay calm when things get busy.
  • Are comfortable making outbound calls and handling enquiries.
  • Have good computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a bonus).
  • Enjoy solving problems and taking initiative.
  • Are a reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Want to work at the company where you can grow within the business

Previous experience in customer service, administration, recruitment coordination, scheduling or a busy call centre would be beneficial, but isn't essential.

Important: On-Call Requirements

This position includes:

  • 2 on-call shifts per week, lasting 3 hours each.
  • £37 take-home pay per on-call shift, in addition to your basic salary (no tax)
  • Occasional weekend on-call cover.
