Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber or Aesthetic Doctor to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, provide expert patient consultations, and contribute to the growth of our clinic’s reputation. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for aesthetic medicine, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to patient care. Join us in creating confident, radiant smiles and transforming lives through advanced aesthetic procedures in a vibrant, supportive environment.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and medical suitability for treatments
  • Prescribe and administer a wide range of aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation treatments
  • Deliver personalised treatment plans while ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
  • Manage patient records meticulously, documenting treatment details and follow-up care
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share success stories, and enhance brand visibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment

Skills

  • Proven experience as an aesthetic nurse prescriber or aesthetic doctor with relevant certifications and licenses
  • Strong management skills to oversee clinic operations and support junior team members
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about treatment options and aftercare instructions
  • Proficiency in social media management to boost marketing efforts and engage with the community
  • Customer service expertise with a friendly, approachable demeanor that builds client trust and loyalty
  • Ability to upsell treatments confidently while maintaining ethical standards in patient care
  • Our laser and energy-based treatment facilities

rtwskin has invested extensively in medical laser and energy-based technology.

Following a recent flood which destroyed eight of our existing devices, we have undertaken a substantial replacement and modernisation programme. As a result, we now have what we believe to be one of the most modern selections of medical laser and energy-based treatment systems available within a UK independent clinic.

This creates an exceptional opportunity for an experienced practitioner to extend their existing laser practice or, where appropriate, to undertake structured training and develop competence across a broad range of medical and aesthetic indications.

Previous medical-laser experience is desirable but not essential for an otherwise exceptional candidate who is willing to undertake the necessary theoretical, manufacturer, and supervised practical training.

Join us if you’re passionate about advancing your career in aesthetic medicine within a lively team dedicated to excellence! We offer a supportive environment where your skills can flourish while making a positive impact on clients’ confidence and well-being.

Pay: £35,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

  • Private medical insurance
