£42,000 Starting Salary + Bonus
Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm | No Nights, Weekends or Bank Holidays

Everpool Recruitment is partnering with a national provider to recruit Functional Assessors for PIP and Work Capability Assessments (WCA). Salary & Progression
  • Starting Salary: £42,000
  • After 6 months (upon approval): £43,000
  • After 12 months: £44,000
Bonus & Benefits
  • ✅ 5% one-off approval bonus
  • ✅ Up to 10% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)
  • ✅ Overtime paid at 1.5x once approved
  • ✅ Additional salary uplifts:
    • File Handling: +£500
    • Auditing: +£500
The Role
You'll carry out telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence, discuss how conditions impact daily living and work, and produce evidence-based reports for the DWP.
This is an assessment and report-writing role only – you will not make benefit decisions.

Requirements
We welcome applications from:
  • Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physiotherapists
You must have:
  • ✔ 1+ year post-registration clinical experience (adult setting)
  • ✔ 12+ months' active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
  • ✔ Good communication, report-writing and IT skills
