Your input will directly shape products that support our customers and create meaningful impact for users with impairments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accessibility, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with predominately technical teams.

  • Use assistive technologies like NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, ZoomText and Dragon.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports and guidance to technical teams.
  • Champion accessibility awareness through events like GAAD and internal workshops.

About you

  • Clear communicator, you are able to explain accessibility principles, issues, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in conducting accessibility audits, generating detailed reports, and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify common accessibility barriers and advise on best-practice solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in WCAG 2.2, ARIA roles, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with assistive technologies including NVDA, TalkBack, VoiceOver, ZoomText and Dragon.
Skilled in accessibility testing using tools such as Axe, CCA, and Siteimprove browser extension.
