Role Brief:

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and collaborative team player to support the delivery of our health and wellbeing services. The role includes delivering onsite and remote assessments, health coaching, wellbeing content creation, group education sessions, and contributing positively to a dynamic and client-focused team environment.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 9.00 – 5.00pm
Oxfordshire/Reading - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite health assessments as a core service activity.
  • Deliver additional services including remote assessments, health coaching, and group education sessions in line with clinical governance standards and care pathways, maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality.
  • Coordinate logistics for onsite activities, including transport, accommodation, and stock management.
  • Adhere to clinical care pathways and escalation protocols where required.
  • Deliver additional wellbeing services as needed.
  • Create engaging and evidence-based content on relevant health and wellbeing topics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and CPD through ongoing learning and research.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Complete administrative duties including communications support, system management, stock control, clinical waste coordination, and expense submissions.
  • Support colleagues across the team to ensure members and service users remain at the centre of service delivery.
  • Contribute to client activity support, communications, management information (MI), feedback, and general service-related discussions.
  • Deliver Health Coaching services, including 1:1 support focused on behaviour change and positive lifestyle improvements throughout the programme duration.
  • Support departmental objectives by delivering an excellent customer experience and aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist other team members with daily operational and administrative tasks where required.

Requirements:

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering best-in-class service.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area such as Sport Science, Exercise Science, or Health Science.
  • Experience working within a customer service environment.
  • Experience delivering fitness and health assessments(desirable).
  • Strong understanding of health and wellbeing topics, interventions, and workplace wellness strategies.
  • Experience working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to write accurate, engaging, and clinically sound content.
  • Confidence delivering presentations and wellbeing talks to larger audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to support and facilitate behaviour change, including Health Coaching delivery.
  • Knowledge of key wellbeing areas including behaviour change, nutritionandphysical health.
