Practice Coordinator — London (Central) Salary: £26500–£32,500 per year + annual bonus Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Monday–Friday | 08:30am – 05:30pm | Office Based Role

About CWA International

Founded in 1980, CWA International is a long-established specialist consultancy serving the marine and energy insurance sectors from its Central London office. We work on complex, high-value cases for clients around the world, combining in-house expertise with a global network of external consultants. Despite our international reach, we operate as a close-knit team, which means every person here has real impact.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Practice Coordinator to play a key role in the day to day functioning of the company. This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a busy professional practice. You'll work directly alongside our consultants and Directors, ensuring the practice operates efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Providing administrative and production support to case handlers across active matters

· Coordinating front office operations and liaising with colleagues to keep workflows on track

· Maintaining and improving CWA's archive and information retrieval systems

· Delivering general administrative support across the business as needed

· Working alongside our accounts department to ensure all matters are billed correctly and in accordance with client requirements

Because we're a small, specialist firm, flexibility matters, you'll occasionally be asked to step outside a strict job description, and we value people who do so willingly.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

· Proven experience in administration, office coordination, or practice management

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious approach to your work

· Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally at all levels

· Ability to manage competing priorities and work calmly under pressure

· The ability to use their initiative

· Legal right to work in the UK

Preferred:

· Bachelor's degree or background in either accountancy or document management/control will be an advantage, but is not essential

·

What We Offer:

· Salary of £26,500–£32,500 depending on experience

· Annual bonus scheme

· Private GP Healthcare

· Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend working (Office Based Role)

How to Apply:

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a remote aptitude test before interview.

To apply, please email vacancies@cwa.international with:

· A detailed cover letter

· Your CV

· Your current or most recent salary

· Your notice period or earliest availability
