Background:

Building upon a period of significant growth, Sisko is looking to hire a Business Development Professional to lead our Business Development activities.

Our Workforce Partner business model has proven to be disruptive in the local/regional supply chain's that our clients have relied upon in the past.

We are investing to build and diversify our contracts, clients and footprint across the utilities sub-contracting market.

The Role:

The to-do list is a combination of market research, identification of prospects, systematic outreach, networking and relationship building.

As well as the front end activity, you will be carrying forward opportunities, together with our senior leadership team, to bid, proposal and early contract award.

The Person:

Put simply, we are looking for a background of credible experience which demonstrates an ability to take this on and deliver the to-do's!

This could be from (but not limited to) utilities, technical services, engineering, recruitment / executive search, or other business to business sectors.

We expect applicants to be comfortable with all forms of communication, and be able to respond to client needs at reasonably short notice.

Ideally we are looking for people based within a reasonable commute of our head office in Whiteley PO15, but are open minded for people to be based further afield too.

The Reward:

Our base salary (range as listed) is negotiable dependant upon experience, and together with our generous package (which is also negotiable), combines to make a competitive compensation.
