What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Gathering and documenting regulatory requirements from stakeholders across the business
• Mapping current processes and identifying gaps against regulatory obligations
• Supporting the design of compliant solutions and process improvements
• Conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business needs
• Creating detailed requirements specifications and process documentation
• Supporting change implementation and stakeholder communication
• Liaising between regulatory, operations and project delivery teams
• Producing business analysis artifacts such as process maps, requirements matrices and impact assessments

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

• 2–4 years' experience in business analysis, regulatory compliance or related fields
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation techniques
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to your sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear business language
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Risk Management or a related discipline
• Right to work in the United Kingdom

Nice-to-have capabilities include:

• Experience in financial services, life sciences, pharmaceuticals or healthcare
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP, IIBA or equivalent)
• Familiarity with compliance software or business analysis tools
• Previous experience supporting regulatory change or transformation programmes
