Assembly Operative

PM Shift: £13.34 per hour – Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm

New Recruits are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Chipping Norton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern production environment manufacturing life-saving medical devices and healthcare products.

Job Duties:

• Assembling medical devices and components
• Working on production and packing lines
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet strict standards
• Following detailed instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a busy production team to meet daily targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable following strict health and safety procedures
