Key Account Manager | Southwest, Thames Valley & Wales
Territory: Thames Valley, HIOW, Dorset, Devon, BNSSG, Wales & Somerset
Are you an experienced pharmaceutical account manager with strong formulary experience, NHS knowledge, market access expertise and a track record of influencing key stakeholders across primary and secondary care? Join a growing organisation as a Key Account Manager leading local account planning, formulary access and healthcare partnership projects across a high-potential territory. Branded generic experience is desirable but not essential.
About The Role
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans across local NHS health economies.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across primary and secondary care, including clinicians, payers and formulary decision-makers.
- Drive market access, formulary inclusion and uptake of products and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways and healthcare outcomes.
- Achieve sales and business objectives through effective account management and stakeholder engagement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Ensure compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice and company policies.
About You
- Proven experience in a Key Account Manager, Health Service Manager, Market Access or Pharmaceutical Sales role.
- Strong understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems and patient pathways.
- Experience managing formularies and influencing healthcare stakeholders.
- Commercially focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- ABPI qualified.
- Full UK driving licence.
