What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll maintain and service medical equipment based on site at 2 local hospitals, ensuring high standards of care and customer satisfaction.

  • Service, repair and clean Drive Medical and competitor products
  • Plan daily tasks for maximum efficiency
  • Carry out unplanned and PPM and repairs
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle equipment safely and follow health & safety protocols
  • Maintain van stock and complete accurate paperwork
  • Support additional duties as required by management
  • Participate in the on-call rota

What We’re Looking For
Training will be provided for the right candidate.

  • Manual handling and driving skills
  • Emotional resilience when working with vulnerable customers
  • Knowledge of medical equipment such as profiling beds and hoists
  • Understanding of infection control and inventory management
