Evolve is partnering with a market-leading pharmaceutical organisation that is expanding its team with the addition of a Graduate Medical Sales Representative. This role offers an excellent entry point into medical sales, working with established products within the Respiratory treatment area.

This is a field-based position covering South Wales, providing hands-on commercial experience and exposure to a specialist therapy area. You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team, with clear development opportunities and a competitive earning structure.

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • You must be located within South Wales (Relocation to the area will not be considered.)
  • Recent graduate, from a scientific or business-related subject, with sales experience.
  • Recent graduates from the following clinical subject areas are also welcome to apply:

- Physician Associate Studies
- Nursing
- Pharmacy
- Physiotherapy

  • Strong experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
  • Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
  • Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.

Role Responsibilities of the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
Promote an innovative portfolio to healthcare professionals, combining both clinical insight and commercial acumen.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities and grow business within your territory.
Pioneer both digital and face to face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilising customer insights.
Develop a deep understanding of respiratory diseases and communicate the science clearly and confidently.
