  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and support smooth batch release
  • Update systems (e.g. Sage, QPulse) and log non-conformance data
  • Maintain accurate, accessible records, including off-site documentation
  • Support batch release activities and wider QA projects
  • Provide general administrative support to the Quality team
  • Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO13485, and FDA GMP standards
  • Support CAPA processes, ensuring timelines and SOPs are met
The ideal candidates will have/be:
  • Previous experience in a quality-driven environment (ideally medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare)
  • Strong administrative skills with high proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with a consistent and methodical approach
Salary circa £25,000.00 per annum

We offer great benefits to our employees, including:
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • A free canteen offering hot and cold meals
  • Excellent pension – starting at 6%, increasing to 9.7% after 18 months
  • Life assurance – six times your basic salary
  • Private medical insurance with BUPA for you and your family
  • Free annual eye tests and flu vaccinations
  • An employee referral programme where you can earn up to £1,000 for each successful hire you recommend
