About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team within the professional aesthetics and dermal filler industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the aesthetics market, established relationships with clinics and aesthetic practitioners, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting our range of professional dermal filler products.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who is passionate about the aesthetics industry and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, practitioners, doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's dermal filler and aesthetic product portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication and account development.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and training where appropriate.
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, training days and networking events.
- Keep up to date with industry developments, competitor activity and emerging aesthetic trends.
- Provide customers with accurate product information and professional support.
- Work closely with the purchasing, accounts and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports and customer information.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market opportunities, customer requirements and competitor activity.
- Support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Ensure all sales activity is conducted professionally and in accordance with relevant company policies and industry regulations.

Essential Experience & Skills

- Proven experience in sales within the dermal filler, aesthetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or related healthcare industry.
- Established network of contacts within the UK aesthetics market.
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the aesthetics market.
- Confident dealing with healthcare professionals and business owners.
- Ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Desirable

- Existing relationships with aesthetic clinics and practitioners.
- Knowledge of dermal filler products, treatment applications and the professional aesthetics market.
- Experience attending or exhibiting at aesthetic industry events.
- Experience launching new products into the aesthetics market.
